拉瑪方言是白語一種方言，分佈在雲南省西部蘭坪縣和維西縣的瀾滄江沿岸。[1][3]

截至《民族語》第16版 (2009)，lay都表示緬甸的拉瑪語，是一種查爾斯·沃格蘭和佛洛倫斯·沃格蘭 (1977)調查的緬甸一種有3千使用者的儂語支語言。 在2013年這個編碼表示的語言變成了「白語拉瑪方言」，表示一種北部白語。[3]
