系統基因組學

系統基因組學泛指在系統發生學分析中運用基因組尺度的序列分析數據的研究方法[1][2]。隨着2010年代下半高通量測序平台的飛速發展[3]以及簡化測序策略[4]的開發,在較短時間內獲得成百上千的基因座數據已經成許多生物研究領域的常規,而相應的系統發生分析工具的開發使研究者可以比對不同個體的整個或部分基因組[5],無需拘囿於單個或少數基因,從而更為準確客觀地推斷不同分類元或群落層級的生物演化歷史。
