三巨頭（英語：Big Three/Big3，或稱之為三人組）是對一支NBA球隊中的擁有的三名頂級球星的稱謂。
以三巨頭建隊的模式很早就存在[1]，但首個在組建時就被廣泛稱為三巨頭的是2007年通過時任凱爾特人隊總經理丹尼·安吉通過球員交易組建的波士頓新三巨頭（Boston's new 'Big Three'）[2][3]，凱爾特人隊在2008年NBA總決賽贏得總冠軍[4]。
波士頓新三巨頭影響了勒布朗·詹姆斯在2010年決定加盟邁阿密熱火隊，組成熱火三巨頭[5]。熱火隊分別贏得了2012年NBA總決賽與2013年NBA總決賽，連續兩年奪得NBA總冠軍[6]。
熱火三巨頭組建之後，許多NBA球隊都試圖採用三巨頭模式，將成熟的NBA頂級球星招入球隊以贏得冠軍[7]。球評界與球迷群體也出現了對於球員主動加盟強隊組建「超級球隊」的負面評價，這些負面評價在凱文·杜蘭特加盟金州勇士後達到了頂峰，三巨頭模式被認為阻礙了公平競爭的環境與賽事的觀賞性[8][9][10]。
2019年之後，三巨頭模式在NBA被認為逐漸被雙核模式取代，但仍然存在着一些有一定爭議的三巨頭陣容[11][12]。
對於三巨頭陣容的定義存在爭議[11]，一般認為一支擁有三巨頭陣容的球隊，三名球星會占據該球隊絕大部分的數據、薪資和商業價值，對球隊的戰績有着決定性的影響[13]。
對球星如何能被認定為巨頭也存在爭議，ESPN評論員Zach Lowe認為當賽季排名前15的球員才應當被認定為巨頭，以此標準21世紀以來只有波士頓新三巨頭、熱火三巨頭、騎士三巨頭和包括凱文·杜蘭特的勇士三巨頭才可以認定為三巨頭球隊[11]。
一些擁有三巨頭陣容的球隊，在不同語境條件下不一定被認為是三巨頭陣容。如2014年組建的騎士三巨頭有時會被認為是勒布朗·詹姆斯與凱里·歐文的雙核[14]，勇士三巨頭在2016年之後也成為四巨頭、五巨頭陣容的一部分[15][16]。
