莱恩·李·蒙卡索（英语：Ryan Lee Mountcastle，1997年2月18日—），为美国职棒大联盟的一垒手，目前效力于巴尔的摩金莺。

职业生涯

2015年美国职棒大联盟选秀，金莺队在首轮36顺位选进蒙卡索。[1]他在GCL联盟就缴出3成13的打击率，因此他在季末升上短期1A。2016年，他在短期1A缴出2成81的打击率。[2]2017年，他在高阶1A及2A的合计打击率为2成87，并敲出18轰与62分打点。[3]

2018年，蒙卡索成为金莺队新秀第三名。[4]该年他在2A的打击率为2成97，并敲出13轰与59分打点。[5][6]隔年他顺利升上3A，[7][8]并缴出3成12的打击率，敲出25轰与83分打点，顺利拿下联盟MVP。[9]
