氧气计划（英语：Oxygen Project）是KDE 4 一个刷新视觉感受的项目。 最初的目的是建立一套新的图标，但扩大到包括一个新的主题，其中包括一个新的光标，工具和窗口的主题和声音。 它代表着打破KDE以往卡通风格的界面 ，采取更加逼真如照片般的风格。 Oxygen的名字来自于一个开发者之间的玩笑，他们希望“把呼吸新鲜空气带到桌面”（"bring a breath of fresh air to the desktop"） 。
