埃普克·宗德兰（荷兰语：Epke Zonderland；1986年4月16日—）是一位荷兰体操运动员。他代表荷兰参加了2012年伦敦奥运会，并且在单杠比赛上获得金牌。[2][3][4][5][6]他是第一位赢得体操个人项目奥运奖牌的荷兰运动员[7]。他也在2013年世界体操锦标赛和2011年及2014年欧洲体操锦标赛上获得单杠项目的金牌。他在格罗宁根大学主修医学。
