人民公敌

人民公敌是统治集团对其反对派的称呼，这些人一旦被认定为敌人，就可能遭到统治集团的镇压[1]。
20世纪，苏联当局通常将反对派扣上人民公敌这顶帽子，例如约瑟夫·斯大林统治期间，他就将列夫·托洛茨基打成人民公敌。[2][3]唐纳德·特朗普也认为反对他的人是人民公敌。 [4][5]
十月革命后，费利克斯·捷尔任斯基在一次演讲中提到了人民公敌，有些人认为这是首次有人将反对派打成人民公敌。彼得格勒军事革命委员会随后公布了人民敌人名单。 [6] 在社会主义国家，反对派又会扣上阶级敌人这一帽子，而这一名字与阶级斗争有关。
