西德妮·查理絲·庫克絲（英語：Sidney Charise Cooks[1]，1998年11月15日[1]—）為美國女子籃球運動員，出生於威斯康辛州基诺沙[2]，從幼稚園開始打籃球，七年級時收到來自普渡大學的籃球獎學金[3]。2016年5月庫克絲當選U18美青女籃賽（英语：FIBA Under-18 Women's Americas Championship）國手[4]，庫克絲以場均10.6分、7.8籃板的表現助隊奪金[5]。11月15日，2017年梯次ESPN HoopGurlz排名第五名的庫克絲在18歲生日當天宣布大學選擇就讀密歇根州立大学，庫克絲此前總計收到超過20份大學獎學金[6][7]。2017年1月15日，庫克絲獲選參加麥當勞高中全明星賽[8][9]，庫克絲在該屆賽事出賽19分鐘，攻下9分[10]。3月30日，庫克絲被美聯社評選為威斯康辛州年度最佳女子籃球運動員[10]。

2023年9月Obras Sanitarias（英语：Obras Sanitarias）宣布庫克絲加盟事宜[18]。2024年1月Obras Sanitarias宣布安德烈亞·阿基諾（維基數據所列：Q119567051）入隊頂替庫克絲[19]。2024年3月WSBL國泰女籃宣布庫克絲為球隊在第19季WSBL啟用的外籍球員[20]，庫克絲代表國泰女籃出賽9場，場均貢獻11.9分、5.4籃板[21]。
