卡里饺(格鲁吉亚语:ხინკალი,又译“辛加利”)是格鲁吉亚式饺子[1][2],起源于格鲁吉亚山区[3],在高加索的不同地区其样式略有差异[4]。卡里饺的馅料因地区而有不同,大多是肉末加上洋葱、辣椒、盐和孜然。
与小笼包不同的是,卡里饺一般为水煮后食用,且食用时须手捏其顶部,咬破面皮吸出汤汁后食用,但并不会吃掉顶部[5]。
