奧昔卡因（INN：oxetacaine，USAN：oxethazaine）是一種有效的局部麻醉劑，用於口服以消除胃部不適及酸誘導的食管疼痛^[1]，常與抗酸劑合併使用^[2]。奧昔卡因也用於緩解與消化性潰瘍疾病或食管炎相關的疼痛，甚至可局部使用於痔瘡疼痛^[3]。口服奧昔卡因製劑可在幾個國家獲得，包括印度，南非，日本和巴西，但不包括美國。

與大多數局部麻醉劑不同，奧昔卡因在強酸性條件下不分解^[4]。
