國立聖馬爾科斯大學（西班牙語：Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos，縮寫為UNMSM）是秘魯最重要的公立大學[1]。其主校區「大學城」位於秘魯首都利馬。該校由神聖羅馬帝國皇帝查理五世簽署王室法令（行政命令）於1551年5月12日成立，這使得它成為在美洲正式成立的最古老的大學，同時也是世界上最古老的大學之一。[2]學術上，聖馬科斯大學在秘魯國內數一[3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12]數二。[13][14][15][15][16]
聖馬爾科斯大學在6個學術領域下分成20個學院，有60個專業學術學科。所有學院均提供本科和研究生學位。在校學生主體由從全國來的超過30000本科生和4000研究生以及一些國際學生組成。聖馬爾科斯大學也有一些政府以下的事業單位如聖馬科斯文化中心和利馬國家歷史博物館。
