Could you please help me with something? I can't figure out how to use the Stewart board and don't know how to write a application there.

Unfortunately, in the role as a file mover on Commons, it's unavoidable that I can also freely edit user pages or user subpages without triggering an abuse log. Please take a look at my account, I now have over 45,000 edits and other language versions have increased my rights without any problems when requested, even if I don't speak their language. The following: I promise to only change image file names if they have been renamed on Commons, or to replace jpg/png/gif with better svg vector graphics. Otherwise, I won't make any text changes, this is up to the authors of your language version.

Hi Ziv, if I got you, you want to make you not be filted. No related user group can achieve this goal, but I will make a purposal of making confirmed users can skip related abuse filter and discuss with Chinese Wikipedia community.
