骨螺科（学名：Muricidae）是腹足纲新腹足目骨螺总科之下的一个很大和物种多变的科，有各种大大小小的猎食性海螺[2]。 合共1600多个物种，骨螺科的物种占了新腹足目约10%；除此之外，骨螺科的化石物种也有差不多1200个物种发现了。[3] 因此，日常骨螺科的分类都会写明物种所属的亚科，以方便检索，尽管这些亚科的分类所包含的属可能还有争议。
骨螺科物种的独特外壳造形，深受贝壳收藏家及室内设计师的喜爱。
