露西·韦伯·海斯（英语：Lucy Webb Hayes，1831年8月28日－1889年6月25日）是第19任美国总统拉瑟福德·伯查德·海斯的妻子，她在1877年至1881年间担任美国第一夫人。
露西是首位持有本科教育学位的第一夫人[1]。她亦比前几任第一夫人更为推崇平等主义[2]，包括主张非裔美国人的平等待遇；她甚至首次邀请非裔美国音乐家前往白宫演出[3]。历史学家基于她坚定支持禁酒运动的立场而称她为“柠檬水露西”，但实际上是她的丈夫禁止在白宫内饮用酒精饮品[4]，她生前亦从未被这样称呼。
