谢尚礼（英语：Jerry Tse），艾德金融CEO[2]，香港企业家，律师，英国特许仲裁员协会会员[3]，香港律师会会员[4]。

现任艾德金融集团总裁的谢尚礼（Jerry Tse）持有武康大学（UCAM）工商管理博士、伦敦大学法学院和香港大学文学院、香港中文大学文学院、香港都会大学、岭南大学等多家大学硕士学历。

在加入艾德金融前，谢尚礼主要从事投行和金融行业，曾任职于摩根士丹利[5]、德意志银行[5]、麦格理集团[6]、星展银行[7]、光大证券[8]及山证国际[9]等金融机构，担任高层管理职务。曾任年利达律师事务所律师[10]、香港理工大学助理教授及伦敦大学亚非学院法学系客席讲师[10]。

谢先生于金融行业有丰富经验，对全球资本市场有深入了解，曾负责完成超过100宗上市融资项目，包括邮储银行、农业银行、工商银行、民生银行、伊泰煤炭、万达集团、中国人寿、中国神华、中国石油、中金集团等。[11]
