西门·海尔（英语：Simon Hale，1964年—）是来自英国伯明翰的作曲家、编曲家和键盘手，来自伯明翰[1][2]。海尔参与多项制作，他凭借与安德鲁·黑尔合作的《黑色洛城》拿下英国学院游戏奖最佳原创配乐奖[3]，又以《窈窕淑男》获得托尼奖提名[4]，之后用《北方城镇的女孩》夺得托尼奖最佳管弦乐[5]。
