乔伊·劳伦·亚当斯（英语：Joey Lauren Adams，1968年1月9日—）[1][2]是一名美国女演员和导演。较知名的是常在凯文·史密斯的View Askew宇宙电影中参演，其中亚当斯于电影《爱，上了瘾》（1997年）的演出，为使她提名了金球奖最佳音乐及喜剧类电影女主角。
其他参演的知名作品如《神采星球》（2003年）、《卡车司机》（2008年）与《蓝色随想》（2013年）。
