莱真斐[2][3][4]（Jennifer Rice，1973/74年—），加拿大政治人物，2013年-24年间以不列颠哥伦比亚新民主党党员身份担任不列颠哥伦比亚省议会北海岸选区议员，2011年-13年间则任鲁珀特王子港市议员。
生平
[编辑]莱真斐于安大略省渥太华土生土长，曾供职于长期护理院并任潜水和皮艇导师[5]。她于2003年迁居不列颠哥伦比亚省鲁珀特王子港，在该市的西北社区学院修读应用沿岸生态学课程，并协助开办世界自然基金会的鲁珀特王子港办公室[6]。她曾任非牟利机构“野生三文鱼之友”主席[7]，2009年起则供职于T·巴克·铃木环境基金会[8]，期间她曾高调反对北方门户管道项目[9][10]。她于2011年当选鲁珀特王子港市议员[11]，任内与其他市议员一致表决反对北方门户项目[12]。
不列颠哥伦比亚新民主党在任北海岸选区省议员管仕于2012年9月宣布不会在翌年省选竞逐连任[13]，莱真斐遂决意争取该区的新民主党候选人提名[14]。她于2013年1月赢取提名选举，再于同年5月省选中当选北海岸选区省议员[15]，同年6月辞去市议员职务[16]。她在该届省议会中出任在野新民主党的郊区及北部卫生评议员，和儿童及家庭发展副评议员[5][17]。
鲁珀特王子港和基蒂马特学校被揭发饮用水含铅量偏高后[18]，莱真斐于2016年4月在省议会引入M-215号私人草案[19]，规定省内学校定期测试饮用水[20]。议案并未通过首读，但执政自由党政府设立架构提醒各校区进行年度饮用水含铅量测检，并向教育厅汇报结果[21]。
2017年省选她以过半数得票连任省议员[22]。新民主党在绿党供给信任下筹组少数政府，莱真斐则于同年7月获省长贺谨委派出任紧急应变议会秘书，支援公共安全及法务厅长范和富[23]。她于2020年省选再度连任[24]，并保留紧急应变议会秘书职务[2]，2023年1月则获省长尹大卫调任乡村卫生议会秘书[25]。她于2024年5月宣布不会竞逐同年省选[26]，省议员任期届满时卸任。
她与妻子威尔默特（Andrea Wilmot）育有两名子女[26]。
