菲利普·曼托（英语：Philip Mantle）是英国幽浮学家、“飞碟出版社”（Flying Disk Press）创立者，曾任英国不明飞行物研究协会调查部门主任和UFO互动网络（MUFON）的英国代表。多年以来已经调查过数百件据称近距离目击外星人和UFO的案例[1][2][3][4]。
曼托曾与他人合著几本关于不明飞行物的著作，包括《Russia’s Roswell Incident》和《Without Consent: True Life Stories》等[1]。
