芝加哥剧院（英语：Chicago Theatre），旧称为巴拉班和卡茨芝加哥剧院（英语：Balaban and Katz Chicago Theatre），是位于美国伊利诺伊州芝加哥卢普区州街上的一座剧院和地标性建筑物。剧院建造于1921年，当时乃由A. J. Balaban和Barney Balaban兄弟及其合伙人Sam Katz 所成立的巴拉班和卡茨剧院（Balaban and Katz，B&K）旗下的旗舰剧场。[5]1925至1945年间，芝加哥剧院与巴拉班和卡茨旗下其他剧院垄断了当时的剧院市场。[6]现在，芝加哥剧院由麦迪逊广场花园公司拥有及营运，并作为一个热门的表演艺术场地，可用作表演话剧、舞蹈、歌剧、音乐剧、魔术、杂技、演讲等项目。
芝加哥剧院的建筑物于1979年6月6日被纳入美国国家史迹名录，[1]并于1983年1月28日被官方列为芝加哥地标。[7]独特的芝加哥剧院大门罩是“城市的非正式象征”，经常出现在电影、电视、艺术品和摄影作品中。[7]
