拐卖儿童
拐卖儿童是一种非法行为，通过非法手段拐卖有着拥合法抚养权的父母或监护人的儿童。美国每年估计有80万名儿童报称失踪，但有97%寻回[1]。
拐卖儿童可分为家庭拐骗或陌生人拐骗。
