恩斯特·B·托曼（Ernst B. Thommen，1899年1月23日—1967年5月14日）是一名瑞士体育行政人员和管理者，国际足球联合会成员。他在1961年3月25日至1961年9月28日的6个月内担任代理国际足球联合会主席，以接替在任职期间逝世的前任主席阿瑟·德鲁里[1][2][3]。托曼在担任代理主席期间参加了继任主席职位的竞选，但在第一轮投票中输给斯坦利·劳斯。在第二轮投票中，他退出了竞争[4]，斯坦利·劳斯直接胜选成为继任国际足球联合会主席。
托曼曾在1954年、1958年和1962年国际足联世界杯期间担任组委会主席。[5][6]。
1967年5月14日，托曼因车祸而离世，享年68岁[7]。
