双髁类（学名：Dicondylia），又称为双髁亚纲，系指古口目（即石蛃）以外的所有现存昆虫。双髁类特征是大颚有两个球形关节，通过它与头部相连，而古口目的大颚只有一个球形的关节（原始的大颚结构）[1][2]。 现今除了古口目外所有的昆虫都是双髁类[3]。
