English: RIGA, Latvia – Paratroopers from U.S. Army Europe’s 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne) and Latvian Soldiers stand in formation during a ceremony commemorating new exercises here, April 24, 2014. The paratroopers, part of a company-sized contingent, arrived here to begin exercises with Latvian troops in a series of expanded U.S. land forces training activities in Poland and the Baltic region scheduled to take place for the next few months and beyond.
