迈克·里察斯（英语：Michael Anthony Richards，1949年7月24日—）是美国的一位演员、作家、电视节目制作人和已经隐退的喜剧演员。他最著名的作品是在宋飞传中饰演Cosmo Kramer，这部作品帮助他三次获得黄金时段艾美奖最佳喜剧类片集男配角。
公元2006年，里察斯在Laugh Factory的一场表演中与现场观众发生口角，之后相骂无好言，对众语出种族岐视的言论与咒骂，台上台下吵成一团。八卦媒体TMZ取得了当晚冲突的影音录影档[6]
后公布，导致舆论产生对里察斯普遍不利的批评言论，此事后里察斯出面道歉后自我放逐，不在公众眼前出现。
