座囊菌纲学名:Dothideomycetes)是子囊菌门盘菌亚门下的一纲,共包含11个目、90个科、1300个属及超过19000个种。[1][2]传统上本纲的大多数真菌都被算作腔菌(loculoascomycetes),不过现在这一分类已不被接受。[3]本纲原先认为的一些传统的形态学特征现在发现并非是特殊的,目前的划分是基于DNA序列的比较进行的。[4]
