巨疣猪（Metridiochoerus）是已灭绝的猪，生存于上新世及更新世的非洲。
描述

巨疣猪长1.5米（4.9英尺），外表类似现存的疣猪，并有两对向两侧伸出及向上弯曲的獠牙。它的臼齿复杂且有多齿，故被认为是杂食性的[1]。
